Step 9
When you have all the squares or rectangles cut out you are now ready to use the epoxy to glue in the bolts you have. The best way to do this is to glue one screw at a time. Place the screw in the hole from the foam side of the panel and then mix the epoxy and apply the glue over the srew which you can pull from underneath to keep the epoxy from seeping around the bolt body. apply the epoxy until it is slightly above the top of the foam and use a piece of cardboard to rub over the top of the foam to wipe off any high points of the epoxy. The epoxy should become hard really soon if you got the 5min stuff. For the screws that go in the front of the panel you may need to counter sink the plastic so the head of the bolt sits below the surface of the foam and then just epoxy it in and you're good to go

Step 10
When all your bolts have been epoxied in you are now ready to start attaching the new vinyl. The beat way to start is to glue the vinyl to the back side where it slips into the top of the door. Apply the VLP bond glue and place the vinyl over it ans press it tightly with your fingers until it sets. It should only take a few minutes before the glue starts to really hold the vinyl to the plastic. Let this set for few hours and then you can wrap the vinyl over the front of the panel and glue it tightly on the back side again. Do a small section at a time to ensure you have the vinyl tightly stretched. Check as you glue the vinyl that you dont have any folds of bumps in the vinyl and if you do just stretch the vinyl in other areas to get it flat.

Step 11
When you get the whole panel covered with the vinyl you can know cut slits in the vinyl in the areas that the plastic pieces went, make sure you gave the glue a couple hours to dry. You dont want to cut out any pieces of vinyl cause you won't be able to stretch and glue the fabric on the back side to keep the vinyl flat on the surface. Just cut slits in the vinyl and glue it on the back side of the opening. Do this for the three pieces that there are openings for in the plastic panel.

Step 12
Now all thts left to do is to epoxy the plastic pieces back into place on the panel. Put the metal pices on first before you epoxy the side window defroster, because if you don't you won't be able to bend the metal tabs that secure the metal piece. Once you get all the plastic pieces epoxied you just have to put the door panels back together. Use the nuts to secure the top panel to the partical board making sure you don't tighten them to hard because you may break the epoxy hold on th screw. Now just put the rest of the door panel together and waallaa..you have a brand new looking vinyl that didn't cost a leg to get done by someone else
