let me start by sayin that i know some of you are going to want to castrate me for tearing apart a v6 se but people have been telling me not to do the things i have done anyway, like buying the car without seeing it or even hearing it run. so when someone tells me not to do something i only am that much more determined to do it. so anyway i bought my car off autotrader 2 years ago, it cost more for the flatbed shiping from nj to ny, than the cost of the car itself. the v6 ran great for about 6 months or so untill the timeing belt riped its teeth of and skiped a beat, been setin in my driveway ever since. i moved on to buy a nissan pickup and it had the same v6, so i drove that for a wile. it was a 5sp with cheap 195 width tires {smoky nagata would of been proud}, dunn tire on the other hand didnt know why i had to buy new back tires every other week.but thats not the point. i thought about puting the motor into the car, the s12 is my true love anyway, but sadly burnouts and crank bearings dont mix, and the car was still a automatic so insted of buying another car that wouldent trully make me happy i devoted all my effort back to the s12, i got better tools, a cherry picker and started looking for another motor and i didnt care what kind it was so i found a ka24de with what was spose to be everything i didnt get the trans but i will find one.well i dont really know how things are going to turn out, but thats my project and im stickin to it.
Nameless
Seems like a fine project to me, good luck.

Putting motors in cars is fun, but be warned that its a ton of work. I'm currently trying to put a 87 vg30et motor in my s12 se v6. Almost complete too. Good luck and have fun and be ready to pay blood homage to the car gods!
