No ECU? What about the harness?
Here's the thing... it's not like other engines, where you can take a matching harness and ECU, and stick it on any year KA24DE. The reason why is because there are little changes to the KA24DE all the way up until 1996, when they got it straight.
The hoses and mount points and intake manifold and other little shit is year specific, so you really need to get the harness and ECU that came with the particular engine. The only people who don't care about that are guys who already have a 240SX and are *replacing* just the longblock, and will reuse all their year-specific hardware and electrical shit.

ugh, i dunno. i told him too take pics, the guy is pretty local, so no shipping cost.
ill ask him details about why he has it, and if he has the stuff for it again
all i want is too get my dirtbike gone, and then have a KA in my garage. so i can turn it upside down, and wait like a year till i put it in
this is his post, if it helps
he mentionned the spare engine, before, and he said his wasnt swapped

Buying the WHOLE car is a better deal, actually... but what's more important is that you would know the wiring harness and ECU is the one that came with THAT engine, which is GOOD. Also, 91 means it's OBD1, which is better than a later one (OBD2 in 95.5 and up). So this is possibly the right collection of parts, but getting the deal you want is the problem.
