I'm trying to route my intake plumbing from the turbo to the MAF and air filter but the oil dipstick is DIRECTLY in the way from the turbo, is it possible to bend the tube straight and still have it work the same way?

You could sorta move the dip stick out of the way, other than that I would not recommend making it straight otherwise your oil dipstick reading would go way out of wack.
Trying to make a straight intake pipe I assume? I would suggest routing the intake the same way the stock rubber one goes.

will the reading go out of spec even though the tube would be the same length? i dont have a stock rubber tube because im no longer running the stock turbo, and to connect a new tube with a rubber adapter it brings the pipe right into the dipstick, so i need to do something to get it out of the way.

how do you figure?
changing the direction of the tube does not change it or the dipsticks length.

I had the same problem, I just undid the clamp and rotated it out of the way.
