Im all about saving money but I dont want a something that resembles what my dog just left in the back yard. If not this, anybody suggest an alternative?? eBay header
Arro
I've done a lot of reading on KA-T.org, and the basic concensus is that the ebay headers are good for about 15psi and then they get too hot. You should be fine for what you want to do.

I liked that one because it was an equal length and a bottom mount, which from what I know is easier to make an exhaust for. All the other ram-style equal lengths were top mount. Wait, I could just flip it, but then again the turbo would bolt up backwards right? lol

No, you can't flip a KA manifold.

If it's for a KA24DE no you can't

If it's for a KA24E I ---->THINK<---- you can.

Going along with the header topic, how well does an s13 downpipe interact with the top mount setup when its all sitting in the s12? What problems are there if I try this? Unless everything in the engine bay is the same as the s13 Im looking a making my own.

id suspect you'd have clearance issues with the floorboard, like where the gas pedal is. my s13 ka header didnt fit too well, anyway

i would just get a custom downpipe made
