Usually when someone says "T25", it most likely a T25g. But there are holes in that ebay listing... It says T25 but then also says 350HP and there's also something about a T04?

true enough, there's another one too, includes lots of extras, full intercooler piping, BOV, turbo timer, manual boost controller....

If you cheep out on a kit like that your just going
to spend more money and time replacing everything once
it fails in a week

If you are looking for a turbo kit for a ka24de.. look at the CX racing ones. A bit more pricey but more decent stuff.. after get some seperate BOV, wastegate, turbo and manifold..
Or build your own kit?

I wouldn't buy a turbo from ebay even if it was the last turbocharger in the whole world.
ebay turbos = fail

Very True. I like that X02 Racing Turbo Manifold. It's only $120. I could get a good T04 turbo for cheap, I'll check out that CX one or whatever
