IPB Imageback of the engine by the starter, mystery hose #1

IPB Imagecommin off the back of the engine....its attached to a flex line wich is ood to me.

IPB Imageim assuming that this is what the previous hose goes to??

IPB Imagefrom the firewall, not the farthest ones from the driverside, but before those, if i remember correctly these are ones for something my car didnt have???

IPB Imagei think i remember reading that this was not needed?

IPB Imagesomeone asked about these before but the answer wasnt posted...just below the intake mani..

IPB Imageok so i kinda lied about the wiring being done...this is comming off the ka harness back by the firewall aka behind the intake mani?

IPB Imagestill cant figure these two out...there in line with the alt.

might be a heater core hose.

THIS IS THE HEATER CORE
IPB Image
HEATER CORE HOSES ARE COMING OFF OF THE ENGINE IN TWO PLACES, WHICH WILL CONNECT TO HERE.

THIS IS THE OXYGEN SENSOR,
IPB Image
WHICH NEEDS TO CONNECT TO THIS,
IPB Image
THE CONNECTOR FOR THE O2 SENSOR.

LOOKS LIKE VACUUM LINE CONNECTIONS FOR THE BUTTERFLIES/CHARCOAL CANISTER
IPB Image
CAP THEM FOR NOW

THE BLACK/YELLOW WIRE GOES TO THE STARTER TERMINAL SPADE, LOOK ON THE STARTER
IPB Image
THE OTHER CONNECTOR WAS PROBABLY FOR THE TRANS. DELOOM THE BLACK PLASTIC PROTECTOR AND SHOW US WHAT THE COLORS ARE.

sorry for the caps, helps separate my text from yours....

Seconded
1st pic Might be a heater core hose. Which connects to the bottom hose of the two pictured in Picture 4, or it could be a vacuum hose, which goes to thing in pic 3

2nd pic once again, find out if it is a vacuum, or comes off the block. If it's a vacuum, goes to thing shown in Pic 3, which is your brake booster. If it's from the block and smells of coolant, top hose in heater core pictured in picture 4

3rd pic, Brake booster line. Large vacuum goes to it. comes off of back of intake manifold (I believe. I could be wrong in where it comes from)

4th pic. Heater Core.

5th pic. Oxygen sensor. Plugs into plug picture in pic 7

6th pic. Cap those off. Shouldn't have any bearing on how the car runs.

7th pic. o2 sensor wire. plug into o2 sensor showed in pic 5

and 8th pic. BLACK/YELLOW IS STARTER EXCITATION WIRE! I looked at my KA24E, AND my ca20E, both were a black/yellow. When I was talking to you before I was looking at my DE, which had the black/wite. so black yellow should go to your starter solenoid terminal.

I still have no idea about that other guy though.

IPB Imagei took my ac out, well tried to, i just can get the pump out at the moment.
anyways heres another round of what goes here.

IPB Image
this little line is comming from underneath. i assume it goes to the airbox. so if i run an intake does it become void? is that even what it is?

what does this hook to.

IPB Image so i need to splice ito this green/black and run it to the black green for the tach??

Jay
Pic 2: plug it off, Can't be anything too serious ( i think it goes to the charcoal canister for emissions.)
Pic 3: That is the return from the power steering rack. It's floatin around down below somewhere.
Pic 4: If that is from the ignition coil then yup, that would be the wire to splice into, but it goes into the blue/white wire on the chassis side.

^as he said, use the 'macro' feature- its the little flower symbol- to focus on real up-close objects. this will help a bunch.

not too sure on the pics, as I'm not sure what im looking at, but it sounds like jay may have gotten it...
