so i am going to swap the ka-t from the 240 into the s12, only real issue that i have as of right now is the wiring. the 240 is a 90 and has a dohc engine and harness that has converted to run in a 89-90. are there any diffrences when it comes to matching up the harness with the s12.

i thought s13 guys had to wire the dist differently for a dohc. either way all ka's, single or twin cam up to 95 were all the same wiring wise. well at least the plugs we splice into are.

There are a few differences in doing the harness from sohc to dohc if you retain the stock sohc lower harness (for the Starter, Alternator, Trans, etc.) But It's only a few wires if I remember correctly, mostly for trans and speed sensors??? everything else stays in the plug and plugs up normally. Just get the diagrams for each and compare.
