i was suspect that it was the battery, but everything turns on inside.

im wondering if its just not getting fuel because it halfway cranks, but doesnt turn over. there is no clicking or anything.

i checked the wires at the harness, and i might be overlooking something but.....

spark.

compression.

fuel.

check for these..fuel and spark are the easy ones, and probably your problem.

any signs of it firing at all? or is it a complete no fire?

hall way cranks? you mean, does it clug like its gonna start? or it only spins halfway and then locks up... lol

if you have a relay for the fuel pump, when you turn the key, listen in the rear for the humming sound of the pump..

if its just hard wired, do the same.

get someone to turn the key, put a flathead on the injecter, and listen or feel, for a clicking sound as the engine is cranking... that means your injecters work, check each one

pull each plug wire out of the head and hold it to something metal with a 1 mil space inbetween the two... i use the strut bolts in the bay on the strut tower if u get spark on each cylinder, that means your distributor etc. is working.. there should be like a 1/2 second to a second hiatus in between each spark

MAKE SURE YOUR DAMN FUEL LINES ARENT BACKWARD!! i did this on a s13 dohc swap... it wouldnt turn on until i reversed them

and make sure there are some grounds to the harness, grounded
