the nissan courtesy parts website has the part numbers being the same, for timing chains and related parts, between the two motors, i would assume that would make them the same part, just be sure to get the sohc stuff, the truck has a few diffrent motor options, and a ebay sale may not be sure what they have, i bought a full gasket set listed as a ka24de 240 motor for like $30 and they sent a ka24de kit labled as 240sx but it was really a altima kit that i am stuck with, many of the gaskets were the same but not the intake manifold one that i needed, costing me another $30, buyer beware
