22.5 mpg
I ran a half a tank down and did 135miles...a tank is 12 gallons. Engine has cold air intake, msd coil, newer ngk plugs, wires, cap, rotor. EGR is blocked off which I am thinking is accounting for the rest of the gap i should be getting...i think i read that the ka gets like 28mpg factory. Factory exhaust manifold with custom exhaust with a glass pack as well...I was just curious though if this is about what i should be getting for mileage.

My SR20DE got 24-26, so yea, that sounds about right.

thats about what I got in my s13 with similar mods.

on highway I still get 34-36mpg average, and I have basicaly a straight pipe, with a glass pack?? I may have a magna on it now... erm.. naw..thinks its still the 6-9 inch bottle. egr delete, other certain air control deletions etc etc....

good to know its getting about what it should then...i was kind of spoiled by the 626...it seemed to get 30mpg no matter how hard i was beating on it.

hehe.. I drive the piss outta mine.. the sooner htat ca20e pops, the sooner Im forced to ditch it for something else.. lol.

Even bagging the hell out of mine, it still does great!

Of course, it is a different engine n all.. lol
